Please read through all the content below carefully before booking your session. By proceeding, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here, including our cancellation policy.
Booking and Arrival
Slots are 15 minutes long. Please arrive and be ready at least 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.
Feel free to bring friends, family members, or pets for your photos.
We recommend wearing formal attire for the session.

Convocation Attire Provided:Gowns, sashes, caps, and several props for your session.

The portrait session sitting fee is $30. For a detailed photo price sheet, visit our pricing page.
The session fee includes:
- A 15-minute one-on-one session with a professional photographer.
- Full complementary colour correction, touch-up, and background drop-out for all proofs provided via our website.
- The ability to schedule a complimentary retake if you are not 100% satisfied with the results of your session.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments once your session is booked and paid for. Please double-check your availability before booking. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
